Berteig Consulting Inc. is pleased to provide on-demand telephone consultations with an expert in applying Agile principles and practices to a large variety of organizational situations. A telephone consultation will allow you to ask pointed, confidential and detailed questions and get informative insightful results very quickly. A telephone consultation is much less expensive and has much less overhead than hiring a consultant for a short engagement. Two options are available:
Immediate Response:
One of our senior consultants will spend time with you on the telephone and give you an immediate answer to your questions. Our consultants will use their extensive real-world experience to quickly zero in on critical features of your situation and provide immediate feedback on possible corrective courses of action.
Format: Your call will consist of approximately forty-five minutes of discussion while our consultant understands your problem and investigates your circumstances to find a recommendation. The remainder of the call will consist of our consultant's response to you as well as time for clarifying questions. The response will include both a simple "answer" related to specific Agile Work principles, practices or disciplines, as well as resources that you can investigate (for example, books, web sites, etc.)
Rate: $400 for a one hour consultation
Delayed Response:
Like our Immediate Response service, except that our consultant will take additional time to research your circumstance and formulate a more polished one-page documented response to your situation. This response will be available within 48 hours and will be delivered via email, followed up in hard copy by FedEx.
Format: Your call will consist of a full 60 minutes with our consultant who will understand your problem and your situation. Although not likely, our consultant may require additional discussion time with you to investigate your situation more completely. Depending on your availability, this may delay the delivery of our documented response. Our recommendations will follow the following response template.
Rate: $2500 for one hour consultation plus research and document preparation
