Agile Work Team Coaching

As a manager, your concern is the delivery of results valuable to the organization, and to do that you rely on your teams. Agile Work coaching for teams takes you to the next level of results by having one of our experienced expert coaches work closely with the team to:

- facilitate critical meetings in the early stages of agile adoption
- identify impediments to successful team function
- provide one-on-one capability building with individuals on the team
- develop and deliver customized training modules for areas of team weakness
- consult with management about team performance improvements

Our coaching experience has shown us that the most effective engagement model is for our coach to work with your team on a 1:4 ratio of direct coaching time to independent team work time. Therefore, a typical engagement with your organization will have a coach assigned to your team for 2 days out of every two weeks.

This "touchpoint" coaching model allows your team to explore agile methods on their own for the most effective learning in a cost-effective manner.

Rate: $1500.00/day + expenses
