When your organization is considering adopting Agile Work methods, the best place to start is with coaching. Engage one of our expert coach/consultants to guide up to three of your in-house apprentice coaches simultaneously as they learn the subtleties of Agile Work. Our method provides an excellent in-house training and knowledge-transfer system. Our coach will work with you through the following steps:
1. Select appropriate apprentices who are most likely to succeed as Agile coaches. Apprentices can come from a number of sources including project managers, team leads, line managers, or others.
2. Provide initial training for apprentices and their teams (if appropriate).
3. Coach your apprentices for a period from 2 to 4 months in order to certify them to guide a team using Agile Work. The length of time depends on the apprentices' aptitude and previous experience.
4. Weekly mini-assessments of the progress of your apprentices.
5. Provide a final assessment of your apprentices which will point out strengths and areas for improvement.

- Organizational commitment to adopting Agile
- A ready team for each apprentice with actual work to perform
