1. A two-hour deep introduction to Agile Work Methods
2. A four-hour corporate culture assessment relevant to adopting Agile Work Methods
3. A basic and extended Agile readiness assessment questionnaire
4. Four to six targeted ½ hour interviews with key employees and management
5. Four hours of independent consultant investigation

Delivered Results

Five business days following the completion of the readiness assessment, you will receive:

1. A written report of findings
2. A complete package of all notes, interviews, questionnaire results, and any other relevant materials
3. Recommendations on next steps and a longer-term roadmap
4. Recommendations for further reading or investigation
5. A Power Point presentation of findings and recommendations suitable for middle and executive management
