Agile Project Launch Assistance

You engage one of our experienced Agile coach/consultants for a short period of time to assist in launching an agile project. Our coach works with you with the following schedule:

Week One: Project Preparation including team readiness, meet and greet, and just-in-time training preparation
Week Two: Training for Stakeholders and Team members including agile methods, team building and project discovery
Weeks Three and beyond: Coaching through two initial project iterations

In order for Agile Project Launch Assistance to be successful, your organization needs to designate one person as an apprentice to our consultant. The organization also needs to be at a basic level of Agile project readiness. We have a simple discussion with you that can help you understand your level of readiness. This discussion is offered at no charge and takes 1/2 hour.

Prerequisites:
- a project ready to launch including a basic business case (detailed requirements are not required)
- an individual who will be designated as apprentice to our coach who has completed the ScrumMaster Certification or equivalent

Rate: $1500.00/day + expenses
