Travis Birch: VP Consulting ServicesTravis Birch is an Agile coach and trainer who helps businesses and teams to deliver high-quality, valuable results quickly. Travis has provided training and coaching services for organizations such as Comcast, Research In Motion and Nortel. As well, Travis serves as one of the process facilitators for the Berteig Consulting team, which also uses Agile methods. He has provided coaching to both small and large Agile adoptions efforts. He offers a wide range of services through Berteig Consulting – from Agile business coaching to teamwork training and project management consulting. Travis specializes in coaching businesses and teams to enable the deep culture changes necessary to sustain the benefits of Agile methods. Travis is certified as a Scrum Practitioner. Prior to becoming an Agile coach, Travis had a successful career in organizational and community development. He is no stranger to the difficulties of uniting teams and groups, and helping them to succeed. He spent 10 years as a professional ballet dancer and choreographer.
