Shabnam Tashakour has ten years of experience using collaborative and adult learning methods in work with government, educational and non-profit organizations on three continents. As an experienced educator and facilitator, she has designed and delivered educational programs that have assisted people and organizations to develop capacity in an iterative and collaborative fashion, often in the context of severe constraints. Shabnam has recently been introduced to Agile Work and recognizes it as a strong compliment to her expertise.
