OpenAgile is a simple agile management framework based on years of experience of using agile methods in non-software work situations. The core of OpenAgile is the Learning Circle which consists of a series of repeated steps: Action -> Reflection -> Learning -> Planning. This series of steps, done in regular, frequent, timeboxed cycles allows a team or organization to manage it's work based on priority all the while learning to get better and better at doing that work.
